Guarantee Your Reservation

There are two ways to guarantee your reservation: with a valid credit card or paying a deposit.

Providing your credit card details to guarantee your reservation will ensure your accommodation is held for the first night of your stay(until 7 am the following morning). If you do not arrive at the property or if you cancel after 4pm on the date of your stay, an amount equivalent to your first night's tariff may be debited from your credit card.

A deposit (first night's tariff) to guarantee your reservation must be received within ten (10) days of making the reservation. This guarantees your booking until you arrive. Should you not arrive or cancel the reseravtion after 4pm on the date of your stay, the deposit amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation Procedures

You can cancel your booking up until 4pm on the day of your stay. If your reservation is not cancelled in accordance with this policy you will incur a charge equivalent to your first night's tariff.
