The Essex Conference Room is tastefully decorated, air conditioned, offers track lighting and natural light. This versatile room caters for conferences, seminars, trade shows and training sessions.

Conference facilities include standard technical equipment and support. The Essex room is located on the upper level on the Western side of the complex.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee – $50.00 per day booked and not cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. The cancellation even when notified by phone, must be confirmed in writing by either fax or email 24 hours prior.
